The company regards quality as being the responsibility of all persons who work for the company and expects everyone to act at all times in a manner that supports the quality policy and to report non-conformances in a prompt manner.

The senior management are responsible for ensuring that this policy is communicated, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organisation and that  personnel operate in accordance with the system and procedures. This policy is reviewed and re-approved by senior management as a minimum at the annual management review meeting.
